1. Type of Personal Information the Company Collect
When the Users create the Accounts, the Users shall provide the following information. If the information is not provided, the Service shall not be available.

When the Users create Accounts, the Users’ name, phone number, email addresses are registered. This information is used for opening the Accounts, transferring the Accounts, identifying the Users in the Service and so on.
In the Service, when the Users use a function in the Application, the Application may access the Users’ information terminals and access photo information and location information. If the Users don’t provide such information, some functions in the Application shall not be available.
The Company uses the obtained Personal Information for the following purposes:
・Identification of the Users;
・Execution of finding contacts function and other functions in the Application;
・Effective respond to the Users’ inquiries and claims;
・Maintenance of the security of the Service and preventing unauthorized use;
・Verification of the Users or notification of the Users in case any unauthorized use occurred;
・and Notify the Users of any other important information if necessary.
The Company will not provide the Users’ Personal Information to any third parties without the Users’ consents, unless the Company believes in good faith that the Company is required or permitted to do so under applicable laws.

The purpose of sharing of the Personal Information is the same as “3. Purposes of Use” (in the case of sharing Personal information, “the Company” shall be changed to “the Company’s group”, and “the Service” shall be changed to “the Service provided by the Company’s Group”)
The Company is responsible for sharing the Personal Information. The Users shall use the customer inquiry form available on the website operated by the Company or other means designated by the Company.
The Users can modify, add and delete the registered Personal Information.
If the Users exercise any of the Users’ rights to disclose the Personal Information and notification of the purposes, the Users may request the Compay to do so in accordance with the procedures defined separately.. However, the Company may not able to respond to the Users’ request when any of the following applies:
•disclosure is likely to harm the life, body, property, or other rights or interests of the Users or another individual;
•disclosure is likely to seriously impede the proper execution our business;
•disclosure violates other laws; or
•when the Users failed to verify the Users’ identity upon the Company’s disclosure request.
When the Users consider that the registered Personal Information is not true based on the disclosure by the Company, the Users may request the Company to modify, add and delete the Personal Information in accordance with the procedures defined separately. In this case, the Company may charge a fee taking into account the administrative costs of responding to the request. Also, the Company may investigates immediately to the extent necessary for the purposes of the use of Personal Information, and may modify, add and delete the Personal information based on the result of investigation.
Minors may register their Personal Information in the Service only with consent from their parents or legal guardian
The Company may modify the Privacy Policy from time to time for various reasons. When the Company make any material changes to the Company’s Privacy Policy, the Company will notify the Users on our Services, or by other reasonable means.
The Users shall use the customer inquiry form available on the website operated by the Company or other means designated by the Company.
